Bill was ordained as an elder in the OPC in 2024, though he has faithfully served in that role in other congregations over the years. He is married to Linda, and together they have two children, five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
Bill recently retired after an incredible 53 years with Holland Christian Schools, where he spent 38 years teaching Business, Economics, and Psychology/Christian Living. His long career reflects both a passion for education and a commitment to investing in the lives of others.
Bill also has a deep love for God’s Word and its transforming power in our lives, something that is evident both in his teaching and in the way he encourages others.
If you spend any time with Bill, you’ll likely notice a twinkle in his eye and hear a well-timed humorous story or comment that brings a lightness to the conversation.
In their free time, Bill and Linda enjoy walking, traveling, reading, and a variety of educational and leisure activities.
