Pastor Jerry Neumair serves as Associate Pastor of Outreach, Education, and Visitation at Cedar Church. He has been serving in ordained ministry in the OPC since his ordination in 1987.
Jerry has a deep passion for the gospel of Jesus Christ and for sharing that message both locally and around the world. His testimony speaks to the power of God’s saving grace, which called him out of a church that taught salvation could be earned through works and brought him to a clear understanding of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
He first joined Cedar as part-time staff in 2018 and was installed as Associate Pastor in February 2023.
In addition to his work at Cedar, Jerry serves as a part-time pastoral counselor at the Biblical Counseling Center in Jenison, where he provides biblically grounded counsel rooted in God’s Word and dependent on the power of the Holy Spirit to help individuals navigate life’s challenges.
